This is a very valid and deep insight I feel. Being a PT I always tell the patient to feel. As I believe, “Feeling is healing”… When you feel something, you have processed the emotion, and letting go is easy; once you have given enough importance to it, you free yourself from that thought or action. Very interesting concept to feel! It does increase your sensitivity is what I understand. Thanks for the reminder to always be sajag (aware)!
