In your quest to understand the world, seek knowledge, answers and clarity.
But in your quest to find God, let yourself delight in wonder.
Whatever you can understand, is not God.
But whatever fills you with awe is from God, of God, is God.
This is not a fork in the path where we must choose one road. But yes, we need to be careful about what we set as our final destination. If your destination is set to the world, your mind’s GPS will keep rerouting you from one road of knowledge to another. But once you set your destination to God, your heart’s GPS takes over, and connects every road of knowledge to the expressway of wonder.
So it’s perfectly fine if the Sherlock within you doesn’t have some (or most) of the answers, as long as your questions make you feel like Alice in wonderland.
