To surrender is to fall into a pure embrace that has been waiting for you since the beginning of time. This is the invisible wrap of the Beloved, a heavenly place where the seeking finally dissolves in the sought. In the silent burning of the spiritual journey, you realise that your longing was never your own. It was merely the pressure of this...
If life is a series of choices, most of us – perhaps 90% of the time – choose the safety of the comfort zone, despite the desire to step out of it. Why? Because of regret aversion bias: we mostly make decisions that lower the risk of regret. To the ego, failure is painful, but the regret of having tried feels even worse. The comfort zone...
It is the oldest story in the world One day we are born, not knowing from where We cry and cry, and cry some more Until someone makes us believe: “This is your home!”It is the oldest story in the world Bankrupt kings become our hollow idols “My time will come soon”, we declare Thinking we are the centre of this blue sphereIt...

Sometimes, we struggle by expecting a lot out of ourselves, to be devoid of all negative emotions within us. Consequently, we put a lot of discipline and will power to achieve this, but at the cost of all the tools that are made available and explained by Sriguru… This way we aren’t able to rise above them, because we are actually practicing daman, or forcefully getting rid of them. Sometimes identifying and accepting our current state, just the way it is, does wonders in our journey! And with the consistent practice of awareness and faith in the grace of the Higher (Sri Guru) we proceed ahead in the journey. Or as Sri Guru says, Sahajta aa jaati hai!
