So very true and such a beautiful coincidence today my daughter had her annual showcase in her school where they have to rediscover the nine rasas nine emotions and the emotions of stillness presented in a small skit was exactly the same in the words explained concentrate focus on the constant admits the chaos outside to win the gem of peace.
