One of the many beautiful sights of nature is the sunrise. So serene is its beauty that you can feel a sense of calm simply by visualising or remembering one—the sun, a perfect ball of fire, painting the sky with shades of pink, red and orange; as the sun ascends, it awakens the world below, with blooming flowers, fluttering butterflies, chirping birds and a gentle breeze making the entire scene a colourful and musical symphony of joy.
Who deserves the credit for this magnificent display? Is it solely the sun? If we remove the sky, the flowers, the birds, and the breeze, would the same scene unfold?
Life, like the sunrise, is a collaborative effort. No single individual is solely responsible for any event. Each direct and indirect intervention plays a role in leading to the outcome. Then why feel pride over our minor contributions?
