Dhyan is our Dharma | Glimpses from Dhyan Saar, Mumbai

In a city that never sleeps, where the mind is always racing and busyness has become a badge of honor, a moment of genuine pause feels almost rebellious. Yet, at the iconic Ravindra Natya Mandir, Sri Guru’s Dhyan Saar drew a thousand seekers into a rare stillness, the kind that most Mumbaikars rush past every single day.

After a soulful start with Bhakti, Sri Guru spoke about how in every era, Dharma takes a new form — the path that most truthfully leads humanity inward, the path that unravels the spiritual heart, the path that expands consciousness itself. And for this era, that path is Dhyan.

The message was clear, and nothing short of revolutionary: in a world fraught with noise and instability, Dhyan is our Dharma. Not a practice squeezed into a morning routine, but the very art of living life fully.

From there, the energy in the hall witnessed a major hall shift. There’s no other way to describe it. A natural, unhurried transition into a live meditation round, and then, forty-five minutes that seemed to defy your perception of time entirely. That is perhaps the most honest way one can express the joy of meditating in Sri Guru’s presence: the clock simply stops making sense!

A few glimpses from a morning that reminded a thousand people, in the middle of India’s most restless city, that Dhyan is no longer just a practice to add to our daily routine, but the very art of truly living life. Dhyan is our Dharma.
