The Most Important Time of the Day

It’s easy for our days to blur into a cycle of obligations. The next task on the to-do list. The next chore. The next meeting. The next project. For some, this cycle repeats every Monday. For many, every day. After all, we must make the most of our limited time to reach our goals, right?

Absolutely. But what is the most effective strategy to maximise the time spent on any goal? Prioritising its most important aspect and working on it consistently. Fortunately, you have been designed in a way that no matter what goal you set, the most important aspect remains the same – yourself.

Devoting time to yourself, aka ‘me time’, is the only way to access the sacred inner source of silence and stillness. This source is not only the start and end point of every goal, but also the place where it becomes abundantly clear what your primary goal should be.

At SRM, meditation is a key practice that we use to connect with that inner source on a daily basis. Additionally, there are spiritual retreats throughout the year which act as power-boosters for our ‘me time’. The Hello Life Youth Retreat in April presents one such opportunity.
